Dr. Clara Young is a seasoned transformational leader in higher education with decades of experience advancing academic excellence, student success, and faculty development. She brings a proven record of strategic leadership as a former Department Chair, Assistant Vice President, and Interim Assistant Vice President. Throughout her career, Dr. Young has spearheaded initiatives that improve student retention, elevate faculty performance, and strengthen institutional infrastructure. At Marshall Educational Impact Consulting, Dr. Young supports our mission to promote equity, behavioral transformation, and academic success through data-driven planning, culturally responsive mentoring, and strategic faculty engagement.
